
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the course/trip, per person, is required upon booking.
A payment of deposit does not constitute the confirmation of booking of any course/trip. Full payment is required 14
(fourteen) days before commencement of course/trip. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation
of reservation and a forfeiture of deposit.
CANCELLATION
In the event of any cancellation, the following terms apply:

The above cancellation clauses will also apply to passengers not holding a valid passport or visa at time of departure.
Scuba Asia Pte. Ltd. reserve the right to cancel any course/trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including but
not limiting to insufficient number of participants. In this case, payment made will be refunded without any further
obligations or liability on the part of Scuba Asia Pte. Ltd.
REFUNDS
No refunds, either in part or full, will be made for incomplete course training, unused air tickets, ground transportation,
meals, accommodations, dives or unused rental equipments, etc.
COURSE / TRIP PACKAGES
Prices are subjected to change without notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations,
increase in hotel rates, airfares, airport taxes, fuel charges, etc. Prices stated for the course/trip packages exclude room
service, unspecified meals, beverages, extra dive, travel & dive insurance.
Deposit of any uncompleted courses will be valid for up to 3 months from the date of deposit paid.
Administration fee, if any, imposed by the airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc. for any amendment after documents are
processed and reservations made will be borne by the participant.
RIGHT TO EFFECT CHANGES
Airline schedules, local and other conditions may affect accommodations, flights and routings. Should any of these occur,
Scuba Asia Pte. Ltd. reserve the right to substitute arrangement, alter routes, itineraries, and/or accommodations without
prior notice as the management deem fit.
Scuba Asia Pte Ltd also has the rights to decline acceptance of any participant if it appears that the person is likely to
endanger the health, safety or cause discomfort to other participant(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Every person participating in any course/trip organized by Scuba Asia Pte Ltd does so at his/her own risk with respect
to loss or damage to property or injury to person. Any damages, losses, or expenses due to delay, bad weather, strikes/riots,
medical treatment, hospitalization, quarantines or act of God, remain the participant’s full responsibility.
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that his/her passport has at least 6 months' validity or visa (if
applicable) from the date of departure. No refund, in part or full, will be entertained in the event of any
cancellation due to non-approval of visa or any other reasons whatsoever. Same cancellation policy applies as stated
under section “Cancellation”.
Scuba Asia Pte. Ltd. shall not be held responsible or liable for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities
of any participant resulting from improper travel documents, possession of lawful items or any such immigration
irregularities. Scuba Asia Pte. Ltd. shall also not be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursements or refund of
course/trip prices if any participant is refused entry by any country before departure, upon arrival or during the course/trip
for whatever reason.
USAGE OF SCUBA EQUIPMENT / RENTAL EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT
Scuba equipments loaned to participants for course training and rental of equipment, for the case of leisure diver, is
provided as an additional assistance only. Scuba Asia Pte. Ltd. shall not be responsible for equipment malfunction whilst on
the course/trip, injuries to user or damage to user’s own equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the user/hirer to
acknowledge that the equipments are in good order prior to accepting the equipments. The user/hirer will also assume the
responsibility to reimburse the supplier for any equipment lost or damaged while under the care of the user/hirer.
TRAVEL & DIVE INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to the commencement of your
course/trip. In addition, it is also recommended that you purchase a dive insurance policy with DAN or any dive insurers. To

DISCHARGE OF LIABILITIES
All divers will be required to sign a liability waiver forms during enrolment of any scuba program, course or trip prior to
departure and abide by all diving rules of the operators. Participant of any scuba course/program will also be required to
complete a Medical Statement form during each enrolment to affirm that the person is fit, with no major illnesses, to be
able to participate in scuba diving activities.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
During any dive trip with Scuba Asia Pte. Ltd, divers are advised to limit their alcohol consumption. Participant in a
course/program with Scuba Asia will not be permitted to consume more than 1 can of beer or 1 glass of wine per day
before certification. Staffs of Scuba Asia Pte. Ltd. has the rights to refuse any diving activities to any diver or continuation
of course/program to any participant, if he/she is found to have consumed alcohol excessively. No refund of any
incomplete dive, course or program under such circumstances will be entertained.
